Our strengths

Embroidery

Embroidery is a craft in which patterns and motifs are applied to textiles using a needle and thread. It enables a high level of detail in the design. Embroidery is often used to enhance clothing, home textiles and accessories, giving the products a high-quality, elegant look. The advantages of embroidery are its durability and resistance to wear and tear and washing, as well as the possibility of achieving a variety of effects using different embroidery techniques and thread types. Embroidery can also convey a feeling of luxury and is particularly suitable for expressing individuality and craftsmanship.

The prices here are based on the number of stitches, and a quote can only be provided once we have received a template.

However, digitization only has to be paid for once and can be used again and again if the motif remains unchanged. The file is the property of the client.

Flex printing

Flex printing is a process in which a flexible, heat-sensitive material is cut into the desired shape using a cutting plotter and then applied to textiles such as T-shirts or hoodies using a transfer press. The print is usually smooth, slightly stretchy and has a slightly rubbery texture. This process is ideal for designs with clear, monochrome lines and is often used for personalized clothing and team uniforms.

Transfer

Transfer printing is a process in which designs are first printed on transfer paper and then transferred to textiles using heat and pressure. This method is particularly suitable for intricate graphics and photo prints as it allows for high resolution and detail. Transfer printing can be applied to a variety of textiles, regardless of color and texture. Advantages include fast production and the ability to realize individual or short runs without high setup costs. In addition, the colors are often vibrant and the print itself is usually wash-resistant, which increases the longevity of the products.

Screen printing

Textile screen printing is a printing process in which ink is pressed through a fine-mesh fabric, the screen, onto the material to be printed. A separate screen is usually used for each application of ink. This technique makes it possible to produce high-quality, long-lasting and color-intensive prints (company, club or association logos etc.) on textiles such as T-shirts, bags and banners. Textile screen printing is particularly economical for larger print runs and is characterized by good opacity, even on dark backgrounds.

To produce a screen for the screen printing process, you need a film. If you already have one that we can use, this will of course not be charged for. Otherwise, each film (1 film per printing color) is charged at CHF 80 to CHF 150. The price is based on the work involved, depending on the quality of the original. The film is the property of the client.
